Yes, it’s your chance to discuss how the Club moves forward, ask questions about finances including membership, have your say about the way the Club is run, vote on who you want to run the Club or put yourself forward for any of the Officer’s roles or general committee!
So, don’t waste this great opportunity, take the time to attend Aberdare RUFC’s Annual General Meeting.
The 2018 AGM of the Club will take place at the Clubhouse on Wednesday 12th September 2018 commencing at 7.00pm.
There are 10 committee positions up for election plus Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer; the President and Patron are invited to serve.
Any two paid up members may propose any candidate for any of the above positions, in writing to the Secretary at least 14 days before the date of the meeting.
Last date for nominations to be received; 29th August 2018
It should be noted that the elected General Committee will have the power to fill any vacancy among the Officers and Committee and co-opt additional members when deemed necessary.
