Annual General Meeting

Each year we hold a public Annual General Meeting to ensure we conform with regulations and our constitution. This year will be no different apart from the fact that the agenda will look in detail at the clubs future.

During the past five years we have strived to strengthen our ability to encourage members and the community to utilise the clubs facilities. This has enabled the club to deal with the increasing demands associated with rising costs that all of us have to contend with. In this respect the club is no different and at the meeting we will outline some proposals that we believe will help to secure the clubs ability to manage and retain its purpose.

At the meeting we intend outlining a number of suggestions that we believe will help protect our ability to maintain the changes we have made so far.  This will require some consideration which is why we are requesting your attendance. We simply wish to share what has been achieved and search for better ways to manage in a changing  financial climate, enabling us to deal with new challenges as they arise.

Simply put we are inviting you to participate in a discussion that allows us to use everyone's experience for the good of our club. Please consider this an opportunity to help consolidate, promote and safeguard the clubs future.
